Real Estate Pre-Sales Manager
Real Estate Pre-Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue for 3 Realty by sourcing leads from marketing team & pursuing clients for Site Visits.

Tasks & Activities:
• Data Sourcing & Management: Sourcing accurate contacts details of the leads / prospects, make calls to the leads, provide projects details, pursue client for site visits & schedule client site visits.
• Sales Meetings: Preparing for the meetings with all the project details & collaterals. Accompany client for site visits, Understand the client requirement, explaining details & USP of the project, giving a project tour, share collaterals.
• Sales Proposals: Giving clients best sales proposal & options after understanding client requirement at the site visit itself.
• Client Co-ordination: Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client. Be the interface between the client & the operations team from booking to registration of property.
