Customer Service Executive-Female Candidate
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for providing support through various channels for customers on pre- orders and post order service through phone /email .
• Engaging and probing the prospective customer for sales opportunities / Conversions.
• Maintain up to date, comprehensive, product, services, and product knowledge.
• Work on both inbound and outbound call process.
• Should have good written communication & ability to type quickly on chats.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate resolution.
• Suggesting information about other products and services.
• Generating sales leads, Revenue generation attitude , directly involved with selling.
• Prepare report for each clients requirement, discuss with Team Leader
• Collecting and analyzing customer information, and filing documents and paperwork.
Desired Candidate Profile
1.5-3 years or Freshers ,working as a customer service representative or call center executive.
• Graduate/Undergraduate degree in any stream. Marketing will be preferred.
• Must be friendly and be customer oriented.
• Strong communication skills accompanied with excellent listening skills and patience to have smooth interactions with customers either on call or in person.
• Should be able to communicate in English and Hindi
• Thorough knowledge of the product or service being advertised.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are a must.
• Market knowledge is essential and must be updated on current affairs and trends.
